Boutique Facilities Management For Corporate Clients

Radiance Property Services is a Boutique Facilities Management company that was established in 2011 by Niamh O’Sullivan. Niamh is an ex-City lawyer with a vision to create a premium, bespoke Facilities Management service for high-end, corporate clients based in London.

Radiance is a company built from scratch using hard work and corporate know-how. Since 2011, Radiance has established itself as a Boutique Facilities Manager offering bespoke cleaning, maintenance and environmental services to clients in Mayfair, The West End and The City.

Our success has come from understanding the type of service high-end, corporate clients need. This is why, since inception, we have concentrated on providing our clients with two key elements learnt through time spent working in top City Law Firms – responsiveness and client satisfaction. Through working closely with our clients we deliver the most tailor made service possible. We are also London based, so we can be on site at the drop of a hat to meet with clients if there are extra requirements.

Radiance Property Services specialises in helping clients within the Financial Services industry, in particular Hedge Funds, Asset Managers and Banks. The personalised, bespoke approach and high levels of responsiveness we offer is particularly attractive to the corporate, high-end clientele.

Due to our personalised and bespoke approach we also assist high-end Recruiters, Tech Companies, Media Companies and Law Firms including some renowned international clients that are looking for a tailored service.
